India’s two-wheeler market delivered another strong performance in November 2025, with commuter motorcycles and scooters continuing to dominate sales charts. Hero MotoCorp’s Splendor once again emerged as the country’s best-selling two-wheeler, finishing ahead of popular models like the Honda Activa, Honda Shine and TVS Jupiter. Overall, the top 10 two-wheelers together crossed 13.2 lakh units, reflecting sustained demand across urban and rural markets despite growing electric vehicle competition.

Top 10 Two-Wheelers Sold in India in November 2025: Hero Splendor Leads the Chart

The Indian two-wheeler market once again proved to be the backbone of the country’s automotive industry in November 2025, recording solid growth across key segments. Strong demand from both urban and rural markets helped the top 10 best-selling two-wheelers collectively cross 13.2 lakh units during the month.

Commuter motorcycles and petrol scooters continued to dominate the sales charts, while electric two-wheelers also showed impressive momentum. Hero MotoCorp’s Splendor emerged as the clear leader, finishing ahead of popular models like Honda Activa, Honda Shine and TVS Jupiter.

Here’s a detailed look at how India’s top-selling two-wheelers performed in November 2025.


Hero Splendor Remains India’s Best-Selling Two-Wheeler

The Hero Splendor continued its long-standing dominance by securing the top position in November 2025. The commuter motorcycle recorded 3,48,569 units, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.63 per cent compared to November 2024.

Splendor’s success is driven by its excellent fuel efficiency, proven reliability and low maintenance costs. Its strong presence across rural, semi-urban and urban markets makes it a preferred choice for daily commuters and first-time buyers. Even after decades in the market, the Splendor remains unmatched in scale.

Honda Activa Holds Strong at Number Two

The Honda Activa retained its second position with sales of 2,62,689 units, marking a healthy YoY growth of 27 per cent. Despite increasing competition from electric scooters, the Activa continues to dominate the petrol scooter segment.

Its consistent performance can be attributed to Honda’s strong brand trust, smooth engine performance and practical design. The Activa remains a top choice for families and daily users, especially in urban and semi-urban areas.


Honda Shine Records Solid Growth

At number three, the Honda Shine delivered an impressive performance with 1,86,490 units sold in November 2025. This represents a year-on-year growth of 28.15 per cent, highlighting the strong demand for refined 125cc commuter motorcycles.

The Shine’s comfortable ride, smooth engine and Honda’s reliable after-sales network continue to attract buyers upgrading from entry-level motorcycles.


TVS Jupiter Continues Its Strong Run

The TVS Jupiter finished in fourth place, recording sales of 1,24,782 units, up by 25.14 per cent YoY. TVS Motor Company’s focus on comfort, mileage and everyday usability has helped the Jupiter maintain a strong position in the competitive scooter market.

Its wide appeal among family buyers and consistent feature updates have played a key role in sustaining demand.


Bajaj Pulsar Stays in the Top Five Despite Minor Dip

The Bajaj Pulsar range secured the fifth position with 1,13,802 units sold. While the model saw a marginal YoY decline of 0.58 per cent, it remained firmly within the top five.

Pulsar continues to be popular among younger riders thanks to its sporty design, performance-oriented image and wide engine options across segments.


Hero HF Deluxe Posts One of the Highest Growth Rates

The Hero HF Deluxe emerged as one of the strongest performers in terms of growth. The motorcycle recorded 91,082 units, registering a massive YoY growth of 48.72 per cent.

HF Deluxe remains a key product for Hero MotoCorp, especially in rural markets, due to its affordability, fuel efficiency and low running costs.

Suzuki Access Maintains Steady Growth

The Suzuki Access 125 finished in seventh position with 67,477 units sold, growing by 24.68 per cent YoY. Known for its refined engine and premium build quality, the Access continues to enjoy steady demand in the 125cc scooter segment.

Suzuki’s focus on reliability and long-term ownership value has helped the Access maintain its position among India’s top scooters.


TVS Apache Shows Strong Performance Growth

The TVS Apache range stood out in November 2025 with sales of 48,764 units, marking an impressive YoY growth of 36.94 per cent.

Apache’s performance-oriented design, racing DNA and multiple engine options continue to attract enthusiasts and young riders, making it one of the fastest-growing motorcycles in the top 10 list.

TVS XL100 Sees Slight Decline

The TVS XL100 recorded 44,971 units, witnessing a YoY decline of 2.07 per cent compared to November 2024. Despite the slight drop, the XL100 remains a popular utility vehicle, especially in rural and commercial applications.


TVS iQube: The Only Electric Two-Wheeler in the Top 10

A major highlight of November 2025 was the TVS iQube, which became the only electric two-wheeler to feature in the top 10 sales chart. The electric scooter sold 38,191 units, registering a massive YoY growth of 48.71 per cent.

Improved availability, expanding dealership reach and growing acceptance of electric mobility have significantly boosted iQube’s sales. Its presence in the top 10 reflects the gradual shift toward EVs in the mass market.


TVS Motor Company Secures Four Spots in the Top 10

TVS Motor Company was the only manufacturer to place four models in the top 10 list — Jupiter, Apache, XL100 and iQube. This highlights the brand’s strong and diverse product portfolio across petrol and electric segments.
