MG is getting ready to launch its new flagship SUV in India called the MG Majestor. Before the official launch, the company has already started production of the SUV at its Halol plant in Gujarat.
The MG Majestor is being made for buyers who want a big, powerful and premium SUV. It will compete with popular models like the Toyota Fortuner, Jeep Meridian and Skoda Kodiaq.
Big And Bold SUV
The MG Majestor is a full-size SUV with a strong road presence. MG says it is the longest, widest and tallest SUV in its segment. The SUV gets a muscular design, large body and rugged styling which gives it a proper premium SUV look.
Unlike many city SUVs, the Majestor is built to handle rough roads and off-road driving as well.
Powerful Diesel Engine
The SUV comes with a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine. It produces 215.5 PS power and 478.5 Nm torque.
